You have two teams. One team is migrating global enterprise customers to the Cloud while the second team is simultaneously releasing new ways to speed up how the first team can do the migrations.  So how what is the most efficient way to keep the first team up to date? Run and gun videos with subject matter experts followed by monthly AMA sessions. The result is the "Gettin Sh*t Done" video series. The videos would be posted with searchable transcripts and subtitles for language localization. 
What started as a side project where we literally grabbed people in the office went on to become a 20 episode series that drew the praise of Solution Partners and executive leadership. Below is an interview with Cameron Deatsch, Atlassian Chief Revenue Officer.
